— Training that adapts to you

Your body is individual.
Your training should be too.

Every person moves differently. Your body, movement history, abilities and goals all influence how you should train.

With an academic background in Physical Education and Sports Science and more than a decade of practical coaching experience, I adapt exercises, technique, intensity and progression to the person in front of me.

Whether you are learning the fundamentals of movement, returning to exercise, wanting to feel stronger in your everyday life, or looking to improve your physical abilities, the goal is to help you understand your body and train it effectively.

— My Pilates approach

Classical foundations.
Individual application.

My Pilates teaching is grounded in the classical approach, with an emphasis on control, breathing, precision and body awareness.

I believe that movement quality matters more than simply moving through a large number of exercises. I give the body time to understand the movement, make precise adjustments and work with intention.

The exercises may look simple. The way you perform them is where the work happens.
